Employee Spotlight – Kerry O’Brien

Kerry O’Brien is one of the staples of Ductbusters’ continued growth. Her role as Business Development Manager is a varied one that she greatly enjoys.

As the latest in the series of our spotlights, we took a few minutes to ask Kerry some questions about her work with Ductbusters.

What does your role as Business Development Manager Involve?

“My job is to plan and oversee new marketing ideas and research organisations and potential opportunities. As well as this, I find new ways of attracting fresh customers and developing our sales, whilst ensuring our existing client base continues to be looked after while overseeing the business development team.”

How do your efforts benefit Ductbusters’ clients?

“Customers are our number one priority and it’s important all our clients get the best service and help possible from the very start. Recently we have begun undertaking customer satisfaction surveys, and the feedback from these helps to continually improve our services.”

What do you particularly enjoy about your role?

“I enjoy the challenge and the buzz of finding a new customer, and particularly knowing that they’re happy with the service they receive, and the knowledge of this making my team feel proud they have achieved something. Our team being happy is extremely important as we spend so much time in the working environment.”

How will Ductbusters’ growth affect your role?

“I believe as Ductbusters grows, so will my team, which means we can find more customers who need our services. It will be an achievement to watch us grow and prosper along with our clients.”
