Jon Hogg's journey with Ductbusters began 14 years ago as a friend of Ben Quinn, stepping into the business untrained and unqualified. Today, Jon is a much-loved mentor to many of our Engineers, and has gained countless industry leading qualifications up to Degree Level.
But what really makes Jon a Rising Star is what Ben saw in him all them years ago. Ask any of our customers, and they’ll tell you that Jon is a brilliant professional; ask any of our team, and they’ll tell you that he is the nicest guy you could ever meet. He’s humble, kind, and works tirelessly to ensure the happiness and safety of our team and customers.
Continual Learning, Supporting Others and raising Industry Standards
Ben’s sudden and recent passing means that they can’t celebrate Jon’s amazing achievement together, but it reminds us that Ben was one of Jon’s proudest supporters, and for good reason.
Jon's drive, positive attitude, and expertise has made him a favourite with our customers and Engineers. He embraces Ductbusters culture of professional development and continual learning, and continues to elevate not only his own skills, but also to raise the standards across our entire industry.
Jon has become a cornerstone of our team, and his commitment to learning and improving is inspiring our next generation of Engineers. Today, he supports our industry-leading Technical Engineers through their NVQ training, ensuring they have the knowledge, confidence and skills to excel. And looking ahead, Jon is set to undertake an Assessors program, enabling him to train Surveyors and Engineers in-house. His dedication to enhancing indoor air quality and professional standards is truly inspiring.
