Employee Spotlight – Sarah Webster, Business Development Officer
Working within our Business Development department, Sarah Webster’s role as a Business Development Officer makes up a key aspect of Ductbusters’ services. In conjunction with the rest of her department, Sarah ensures we’re kept busy!
We put Sarah on the spot to learn a little more about her role:
“I enjoy that the office is always so busy, no two days are the same. Some emails or tasks take more time to handle than others, so I enjoy both.”
Take us through a working day for you?
“I take telephone enquiries in order to dispatch our surveyors to asses potential client’s needs. I process orders received and make outbound calls to clients, following up on projects. I also reach out to possible new clients, making them aware of the services we offer.”
What skills do you bring to your role?
“I feel I am a conscientious person who likes to do things right the first time. On the occasions that this isn’t possible, I like to think that I’m a good problem solver, working fast to resolve issues.”
How does your work help Ductbusters’ clients?
“Within our department, we help and assist customers in the best way possible, tailoring ourselves to their needs. We aim to make the process as smooth as possible.”
